Zoomify is built into Adobe Photoshop CS4 and CS5. However can still be installed in PhotoShop CS3, check the offical zoomify website for more details.
Zoomify can be used for any high resolution photos, not just panoramic photos.
The client I used in the video is Filezilla inside the video to upload my panoramic image to my personal server. Also, take a look around at web hosting, you can sometimes find advertising-free web hosting for about $3 a month.
