Welcome to Better Webcam Video! In this course I will show you how to set up a system using a consumer video camera and a capture device to get the best live-streaming video quality possible! The last several years has brought about some serious changes in camera image tech. Large sensor video cameras, 720p, 1080p, 4k, better and more affordable optics, and more. One industry that hasn't really caught up are webcams. Webcams are still fairly terrible cameras. Drivers are often old with controls that look like they're from Windows98. The settings can be reset between different applications. They have some serious trouble dealing with exposure. And because they're designed to be used close up, they don't look all that flattering.
