Using Digital "Liquid Light" for Accent and Emphasis

"Liquid light" was the nickname for a darkroom chemical that, when painted on a print, would essentially bleach it. This chemical would brighten the areas it was applied to. Today, we're going to explore the digital equivalent of this technique. It's a great way to do a very controlled "dodge" and add some extra sparkle to your final image.
