In Ramadan, the ninth month of the Islamic calendar, Muslim people from all over the world celebrate the 610 CE revelation of the Quran to the Prophet Muhammad. During this time Muslims fast, pray, and practice acts of charity; it's a time for spiritual reflection and community. The Eid al-Fitr holiday celebration marks the end of Ramadan, and the beginning of the next lunar month.

How to Make a Successful Ramadan and Eid Video in After Effects
Before you put your Ramadan and Eid After Effects templates to good use, here are a few tips and things to keep in mind and help your video connect.
Mind the Audience
The way these religious holidays are celebrated can vary depending on the background of your audience. The name can even change by country. For example, Eid in Senegal is known as Korité, but Indonesian Muslims know it as Lebaran. If you're making a video for a specific audience, take some time to find suitable cultural traditions to include in your video.
There is More Than One Eid
In the Islamic calendar, there are two religious holidays known as Eid: Eid al-Fitr and Eid al-Adha. Both have deep significance, but only one (Eid al-Fitr) is associated with Ramadan. You can use some of the above After Effects templates to make videos for both, but make sure your content is more specific.
Ramadan is a time of spirituality, discipline, and self-reflection. But it's also a time of charity and community. In your Ramadan video project, include footage that focuses on these points. They're important tenets of the holiday and will help you connect with your audience.
