5.4 How to Render Your Video

Hi, everyone, and welcome back to the cool ice effect course. In this lesson we'll learn how to render our completed animation. So let's go ahead and make sure that the correct composition is selected. In this case it's the final animation. So we can go ahead and close the other compositions as we no longer need them. So select the correct animation comp. And we want to go to composition and add to render queue. Now from here we can make some final adjustments to our render. So if you click on Best settings here, you can chose the quality of our animation, so we can choose Best, and also the resolution. So you can change the resolution of our animation, so click OK. Some other places that you can adjust the final render is if you click on Losses here. You can also change the format and again you can also resize our animation here as well. Or even crop it, if you click on the Crop options. So click OK and finally the last thing that you need to do is you needs to select where you want your final render to be placed. So if you click on this and you can find where you want your final video to be saved, and then if you rename your file. So let's name this Cool Ice Animation. Click on the Save. And then all that's left to do here is to click on the Rend button and wait for the Rend to finish. So that's it for this tutorial. In the next lesson, we'll go through the conclusion of the course. See you all there.
